Longer term picture:
In the fall of 2013, I weighed 210 pounds. I spent most of the next 16 months gaining, with the exception of my AIP summer when I lost 16 pounds in about 2 months.
This February I weighed 248... a gain of 38 pounds in 16 months.
I've been losing weight every month since:
And then on June 1, I weighed in at 237... the same as I weighed a month prior. No loss.
I have been eating rather poorly as I explained in my blog posts, but I had someone nudge me in the right direction and give me some accountability and support. I made a commitment to track my calories and weight for a couple of weeks, so that's what I'm doing.
Scale says 240 pounds. That's up 3 pounds from June 1. Hopefully it will start going down again from here.
