Whole foods eaten today:

rib roast, lean only
steamed frozen green peas
canned salmon
Clementine orange

Also had 4 Medifast and/or Wonderslim supplements, black coffee, and lots of water.

No grains. No sugar. Feeling good.

Hmmm, that will do it... If you keep consuming like this, you will lose weight.
For me it's the extras like candy, and cinnamon rolls, and other things that get me into trouble...
