As expected, I weigh 208 this morning. I say "as expected" because I have weighed a few times this week and always see the same number. I have stuck to Medifast and been active but no loss this week. Nothing really surprising, I guess, since over time there is usually a week each month that I don't lose weight. Hopefully next week will be better.
My bike should be here by Wednesday and I will be getting on it and working up to half an hour a day, six days a week. I still walk my daughter to school every day and do another mile or two with the dogs or in volunteer work, so my steps still are in the 9000's most weekdays on my pedometer. On weekends it is less and today I am vegging out and shopping so I'd expect 4-5,000 today.
Nothing else new to report; planning to stay with Medifast 5&1, add the biking, and see if I get better results.
