Checking In

We got home late last night from our weekend trip, so my weigh in is a day late. But it's a good one... 208. So another pound gone this week! I am happy with that. I am inching closer and closer to getting below 200 again, hopefully for the last time. I'm also back to 70 pounds gone again.

We had a fun weekend with some dog training and sightseeing. I took my daughter to a fun state park which was a learning experience. We saw and got close to a herd of bighorn sheep with 2 babies, which was very cool! I brought my Medifast meals and stayed on plan. Dinner last night was a steak and double portion of steamed broccoli from Applebee's. Good stuff!

*Edited to add: I finally ordered my new bike! It's a Schwinn 250 recumbent. It will be here about next Wednesday. Can't wait!
