My life has been speeding along, I've been happily enjoying my summer with the kids and taking lots of little mini vacations and having good times at home as well. There's just one more month of swimming lessons, gymnastics class, dog classes, and visiting neighborhood parks, movies, and events... and then school starts back up. Hard to believe I will have at least two, possibly three in college, one in high school, and all four older kids working. Time sure flies. Dance will be starting back up for my daughter, my dog will be trialing in various sports, I'll be volunteering at the school. Seasons change so quickly.
Seasons of weight loss and health change too. I have very much enjoyed this summer and my focus on farmer's market foods along with the convenience of Medifast 4 & 2 & 1 Plan (4 Medifast meals, 2 meat/vegetable meals, and one serving of fruit per day). I've liked taking a big break from the scale, calorie counting, logging everything, and constantly thinking about my food intake, too. I won't be going back. I will be going forward, but with what?
Well, I will be getting on the scale, taking some measurements, and assessing how this plan worked for me over the summer. From there, I've been asking myself: what's next? I'm not sure yet... I still have a few weeks of summer left. Ready to shake things up a bit!
