0.75 Miles

That is how far I walked the dog last night. WITHOUT PAIN. Well, okay, one foot had about half the pain as usual but the right foot did not hurt at all. It was SO nice. I really enjoyed it and the happiness in walking freely was wonderful! The doctor told me to walk... he said "wait a day, and then go walk! Walk your dogs, do your usual activities within reason as long as it isn't hurting you. You are not going to damage anything." So I did!

Today I was also on my feet for a couple of hours this morning. Every time I come home I put my feet on ice and rest a bit. So far, I'd say the right foot (that had the shot) is 80-90% improved and the left is maybe 40-50% improved. Some of that may just be from the resting and ice. Time will tell if this is going to be the answer.

What a huge blessing, even though the needle obviously hurt like crazy. I'm so glad it appears you've finally been directed to the right source for help.
