What I Ate

Here's what I ate yesterday:

black coffee
Medifast cereal with almond milk
Medifast hot cocoa
Small dish of Egg Beaters and turkey sausage
Medifast cookie shake
black coffee and a Medifast caramel crunch bar
tuna "noodle" casserole (no actual noodles!)
Medifast pancake made into a muffin

1137 calories
117 g protein
92 g carbs
42 g fat (32%)

And here's today. I have already had my Lean & Green meal for lunch, and have planned out my last couple of Medifast meals as well. Feeling pretty good for being on steroids :)

black coffee
Medifast dark chocolate shake
Medifast chai latte
1 1/2 cups of fresh broccoli roasted with olive oil
tuna and egg salad made with light mayo, mustard, and dill pickle relish
Medifast shake
Medifast cookie
Medifast cereal with almond milk

915 calories
102 g protein
83 g carbs
30 g fat (27%)

Drinking lots of water and taking it very easy, hoping that resting my feet while on the steroids may help them in the healing process.

It looks very good! I am also doing Medifast and losing 2 pounds most weeks. I do better with my carbs at 70-75.
