As I get more and more out of my head and back into life, I seem to have less and less "weight loss stuff" to write about lately. I'm sure I'll have more to say eventually, but it is kind of boring without the calorie logs, the weigh-ins, and the new milestones. I am just (hopefully) losing the same pounds I lost before... this time for good. Still doing Medifast, still eating the same kinds of dinners: spaghetti squash with tomatoes, peppers, and chicken sausage, or egg salad with asparagus, or chicken breasts on salad. The sun is shining and I am working daily on spring cleaning, which I really enjoy! Yesterday I washed and brushed both dogs and washed all the dog beds, and today I am going through my closets and drawers. I found some really nice dresses downstairs, one with the tag still on it... just gorgeous, bright spring fabrics! But they are size 22! Guess I will find someone else who can use them, as I am in a 16 right now.
Tomorrow I'm going to wash out my whole fridge and then go grocery shopping for lots of fresh produce. Looking forward to it and maybe I will try something new!
