Today is turning out to be a normal day. That's good! Nothing drastic going on... just packing to leave on our trip. I've been doing laundry and limping around getting things in order. The new MSM cream I am using helps a lot and provides some relief (and I will write more about that later), but when I am on my feet too long it still gets pretty bad. I am beyond frustrated about that.
I had a couple of eggs scrambled with light cheese for breakfast and a couple of Medifast meals since then. Maybe a salad with chicken for dinner... not sure yet. I can't concentrate and am not finishing my meal logging in the evenings. Too much else on my mind. I know if I don't put weight loss first, it is going to be very slow going. Hopefully we will get some answers and help on this medical trip for my son and I can focus better when I get back.
I went ahead and weighed this morning since I hope to be gone early tomorrow and not sure if I will have time to mess with weights and blogging. The new scale says 221. The old scale says 218 again. I should have lost weight this week by what I have been eating. I assume I did not because I have PMS today and am retaining water. Better luck next week.
Long drive in the snow ahead. Hoping for a successful journey.
