Not a whole lot of excitement going on here today, just the same old stuff. Last night I felt horrible and was only able to eat half of my dinner. I did manage to eat all five Medifast meals during the day; thankfully, there are easy-to-stomach liquid options like an orange drink that gets the protein in without the carbs of juice. I laid on the couch from about 7 to 9:30 in the dark, then let the dogs out and went to bed. This morning I felt worse. Tons of face pain. But about an hour after I took my antibiotic, Sudafed, and supplements, the face pain got down to a tolerable level and I am coping better.
I'm just sipping coffee and homemade chicken stock, resting, planning to have the rest of my dinner from last night plus some extra veggies and a Greek yogurt cup for the rest of my protein today.
Scale is down 2 pounds to 220. I am going back to 'official' weigh ins on Sundays but it is nice to see the scale tick downward again.
Time to HIIT it?
