Tonight I had a few moments where all I wanted... so badly... was a Dairy Queen pumpkin Blizzard. I mean, it was just sticking in my head terribly. I had a split second of decision and I took advantage of it to drive in the other direction... just in that one split second when I felt in control enough to do it. I kept telling myself I could make something healthier when I got home... something with lower carbs. I made it home Blizzard-free!

Breakfast was a Medifast bar on the run and some black coffee. Lunch was a big salad of Romaine, spinach, tomatoes, avocado, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese with light Ranch. Snack was an Americano with half and half and a little "shortbread" I made from almond flour and almond butter baked in the toaster oven. Dinner was 2 sausage patties, Egg Beaters, light cheese, and avocado. When I got home from my evening errand run, I did make myself a "blizzard" out of a Medifast chocolate pudding packet, ice, pumpkin pie spice, and slivered almonds. It was quite good.
I felt really good again today and think my stats are almost perfect. All the food was very satisfying.
I prepped a cooler with carrot sticks, snap peas, light Ranch dip, pre-made protein shakes, homemade cold coffee, Greek yogurts, low fat cheese, and lean ham slices. I am also bringing protein bars. I think I am prepared... if I had more time I'd have boiled a few eggs and cooked some chicken breast too but this time, what I've got will just have to do.
