What I Ate


black coffee
2 free range eggs
1/2 of an avocado

strawberries & blackberries
raw almonds
small dish of Paleo pumpkin custard

sliced tomato, olive oil, fresh basil
ground beef patty, slice of onion, lettuce

salad greens
spoon of almond butter

I have to share this sorta amazing thing: been on Primal 3 weeks. I'm in my 50's and aside from 50 lbs overweight I have no health issues. I have had redness on my face (I"m very fair redhead) for 5 years around nose, lips, chin-just chalked it up to sun damage. BUT..after Primal (MDA) it has dissapeared-! I have to believe it was mild chronic inflammation caused my former lousy eating. My skin looks beautiful! Wow. Go figure! Yay primal Blueprint!!
