This headache just isn't letting up. I get that when you cut carbs of *any* kind, there can be symptoms. But I wasn't that high in carbs before, so I dunno. A headache can really grind on you after awhile. Thankfully it does respond to Excedrin, so I take one in the morning if the headache is not gone by ten. It comes back in the evening but I just deal with it. I feel really great aside from the headache.
The scale still says 216. I was hoping for a nice dramatic drop but no. I will just keep plugging along, eating lots of produce and protein and healthy fat, staying off grains and sugar. The only sugar I have now is the occasional square of very dark chocolate. I am easily staying around 1300 calories a day or less, but might bump up to 1500 for a day or two this week.
Breakfast this morning was 1 egg, 3 bacon, 1/4 c Greek yogurt, 1/4 c blueberries, and coffee with a splash of half and half. I have to go out shopping for birthday party supplies again today. Will walk the dogs later and try to go to bed super early tonight as I am still not getting enough sleep.
