Mmmm. THat look fabulous. Mmmm. Now I want a tamotoey salad.

I'm gonna get some fresh basil and tomatoes tomorrow (already have fresh mozza) and make a caprese for lunch or supper MMmmmm..

I'm halfway down with Medifast (TSFL) and have been eagerly listening to you to see how the transition goes back to real food. I'm getting a couple things:

1. carb sensitivity means I'll never be able to have "just one cookie," the same way alcoholics can never have "just one drink" and end up with ok results.

2. Medifast is going to be the go-to for when #1 goes awry.

1.5 c garden fresh tomatoes, cut up (Brandywine, cherry tomatoes, yellow pear tomatoes, and heirlooms)

4 oz part skim fresh mozarella, cut up

a drizzle of olive oil, a few chopped fresh basil leaves, salt, and pepper.

Toss and eat!
