Rainy Day

It's cool and rainy today, a real fall day. I spent a couple hours working in my daughter's classroom and then came home (soaked from walking to my car) and settled in with a nice, warm cinnamon roll and a mug of hazelnut coffee (sugar free, on plan, yes I made a cinnamon roll out of a packet of Medifast shake). We are going out for dinner shortly to a nice restaurant. I have a gift certificate for a FREE dinner, including appetizers, drinks, entrees, and dessert. How do you think I'll do? :)

You will do (and probably did) great because you are in a better frame of mind now.

I do low carb and I just revising recipes to make them work for my plan. Sounds like you do the same. Good job.

You mix a packet of vanilla shake powder with 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp baking powder, a packet of Splenda, 2 Tbsp egg beaters, 1 tsp ground flax, and 1 Tbsp fat free "buttery" spread. Nuke for 60 seconds and top with Walden Farms "zero calorie" marshmallow dip as "frosting." Hey, works for me! (found this recipe on a message board).
