Here they are!! These pictures were taken today, at 188 pounds. NINETY pounds gone!
Now, to me, I don't LOOK any different than I did ten pounds ago. And I am a little bloated from PMS so I feel puffy. However, these are the same jeans I wore in the last pictures (size 14) and they are much looser. But the scale doesn't lie, and neither do my measurements.
In just the last ten pounds, I have lost:
1/4" off my neck
1/2" off each thigh
1" off my bust
2" off my waist
2" off my hips
Hey, very cool, the waist/hips are definitely shrinking! All other measurements stayed the same (wrist, upper arm, and calf). I am excited to have lost almost a foot off my hips since I began this journey! And my waist measurement, 35.5 inches, is getting closer and closer to what I would call 'normal' and healthy. My BMI (at 5'6") is 30.3, which is just inside the "obese" category. In order to no longer be obese, and just be 'overweight,' I need to have a BMI under 30, which will happen at 185 pounds.
