February 1, 2010: 234 Pounds

This morning I weighed in at 234 pounds. That's a gain of six pounds in January. I had lost 2 pounds in December and 4 pounds in November, so technically I just set myself back 2 months. I am still 11 pounds less than I was on October 1.

I feel really sick right now. I have a migraine and am nauseous. So I am going to save the bulk of my post for later when (hopefully) the meds kick in. But I do have something to say, so check back later :)

I'm so sorry you are down, Lyn. You may want to consider how often you are weighing yourself (aside from your monthly update.) You are not defined by the numbers on a bloody scale! You have the tools to be the healthiest, fittest person you are capable of.

Oh Lyn, hugs to you. You will jump back into your healthy lifestyle really quickly, I am sure ot it. You forget to give yourself credit for the 44 pounds you have kept off though. That is a huge amount of weight to keep off in terms of your health. But here's to 44 more.

Lyn, I hit 100 lbs lost 07/03/2009. I have been circling 234 to 240 since Aug 2009 and working harder physically, emotionally, mentally on this journey than ever before.
Take a deep breath. Start anew.
